EAST TRACT - Total of 83 single rooms, 6 floors, 14 students per floor.
NORDTRAKT - Total of 18 single rooms, 3 floors, 7 students per floor.
WEST TRACT - Total of 135 single rooms, 10 floors, 16 students per floor, 3 apartments.

The price/home fee includes 10% VAT and includes furnishings and the use of all common areas.

Variant I: Single room in a shared flat for 5 or 6 people, shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms, per room

The deposit is currently €410.00 resp. €500.00*and must be paid together with the administration fee of €40.00 before moving in. If the room is handed over according to § VI of the contract of use, the deposit will be refunded. The administration fee remains in the dormitory.
In principle, a two-month notice period applies, except if notice is given between March 1st and April 30th, a three-month notice period at the end of the calendar month is deemed to have been agreed.

The Friedrich Schiller dormitory provides rooms for students at Austrian universities, technical colleges or equivalent educational institutions. Places are allocated in accordance with the provisions of the Austrian Student Residence Act.
With this application for admission, you have the opportunity to make your wishes known to the room categories or flatmates. As soon as we can make a corresponding offer, we will send you a usage contract or an alternative offer by email.
